Friederike (Rike) Stein has nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources across a variety of markets & industries, primarily focussing on Consumer products and Professional Services.
Prior to joining Signium – Stein & Partner, Rike co-founded her own business “Culture@Heart” in Germany. Before setting up her latest venture, she spent more than 12 years in HR leadership positions in large global organizations, as well as heading up the People & Culture function in a global start-up.
Rike is on a mission to build impactful and energizing company cultures. She has passion, expertise and a proven track record in developing others, New Work, and leadership development.
Rike is the Partner within the DACH & CEE region, leading the Leadership Consulting practice and acts as advisor within the Consumer and Professional service practice and Clevel and HR Management functions
