Cristina joined Stein & Partner in 2016, as the company’s Office Manager and soon became involved as well in the development of the projects, as a Researcher. She has a demonstrated history working in the energy industry, with a focus on the administrative development of renewable green field projects.

Cristina is at present a strong Consultant. She holds a a Master’s degree in Maritime & Harbour Law from the University Ovidius Constanta and is fluent in English.

Having a Masters Degree in Foreign Languages with the University of Bucharest, Stela joined Stein & Partner in 2011 for a Summer Internship Programme. She gradually grew within the company and became Senior Researcher and later on Head of the Research department.

She is currently a Consultant and has gathered experience in Executive Search activities throughout the years, being involved in search projects for various industries and functions for international and local clients.

Stela successfully managed projects for companies acting in FMCG, Agriculture & Chemicals, Automotive, Energy & Telecommunications, Healthcare & Pharma. She is fluent in English, Russian, and German.

With over 17 years of experience in Executive Search, Cristina is one of the most experienced Consultants within the Industrial sector in Romania and Southeastern Eurioe. She has experience in managing searches for different roles, both operational and support function for clients in Industrial and Manufacturing, Automotive, Renewables and others.

Cristina studied International Relations at the University of the West Timisoara. She furthered her studies graduating from the Human Resources Masters’ program within the same University and is also CIPD graduate and Hogan certified.

Cristina is fluent in English and Romanian.

Sebastian is specialized on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory accross industries, having served companies in Consumer, Life Sciences, Agribusiness, but also in Private Equity and Financial Services.

Sebastian has more than 12 years of experience all across Central Eastern Europe. Is HOGAN certified and holds a bachelors degree from the Vienna and London School of Economics and a Master of Science from Hult International Business School in Dubai, Shanghai & San Francisco. He speaks German, English, and Romanian.

Sebastian is Partner of the Austrian and Managing Partner of the Romanian office and since 2021 also part of the Global Board of Directors, responsible for Brand and Service Development as well as for the regional development in CEE.

Having a university degree in Organizational Psychology and Organizational Management Masters, combined with strong experience in multinational and multicultural environment, Liana is consulting the partners of Stein & Partner and runs various projects within the Transylvanian and north west Romanian regions.

Liana gained strong experience in the areas of advertising, financial services, manufacturing in different industries, real estate and facility management and has a strong track record in management, sales and key account management. Furthermore, she is highly experienced in relationships management with corporate companies.

Andreea has 20 years of experience in one of the Big Four companies, where she was an Audit Director and then Partner for more than 8 years. She has extensive experience in audits for global multinationals, project management, organizational structures, compliance and risk management, as well as client relationship management.

Having a significant market knowledge in the Financial Services and Industrial space in Romania she is combining her insights to help companies identify the best solutions for their leadership teams.

Werner Stein is the Founder of Stein & Partner and Chairman of the Advisory Board CEE. He has nearly 30 years Experience in Executive Search, Executive Team & Individual Coaching, Organizational Development & Management Audits. Werner is also the Founder (2001) and Board Member of the German-Romanian Business Chamber, has 10 years experience in Banking & Training and over 15 years in non-profit organizations.

To come to Romania in the turbulent period of the early 1990s were not the ideal circumstance for a foreigner. However, Werner was happy about the opportunity to build the “SOS Satele Copiilor Romania”, two villages for orphans in Bucharest and in Cisnadie/Sibiu. After successfully completing and managing to take in 180 children, Werner Stein decided to stay in Romania, as he was thrilled by the market dynamics and founded Stein & Partner with the aim to promote the opportunities in Romania among investors and to support companies in their establishment of local organizations with the right people in order to advance the country’s development faster. Werner Stein is advising the project team with all his experience and is supportive in facilitating the transformation project ahead.
