Research and Direct approach
The heart of an executive search procedure is the Research! Specially trained researchers and assistants are constantly compiling and collecting information regarding industries and potential candidates. During a project, the partner together with the project team define the search strategy, which includes classical state of the art research, database search and referrals from the SteinPartner network and our advisory board, listed in the menu.
The output is the so-called long list, out of which the best suitable candidates are selected. Our partners and consultants possess proven management experience, as well as the necessary evaluation and assessment knowledge for the selection of the best candidates. In-depth interviews and assessment tools are assuring the quality of the selection process.
Stein&Partner regards its activity itself as consultancy. Besides the above mentioned, the most important issue is to correctly understand the needs of the client and of the candidate in order to build a long-term fit for the open position. It is not less important to provide consultancy on the specific local issues, such as the salary level, labor contracts and the organizational positioning in order to be prepared for the local challenges.
